A warrant for the arrest has been issued to David Booysen, who is wanted for drunk driving. Police are now turning to the public for assistance in the search for Booysen, who left Montagu soon after his arrest.
Police say Booysen has used aliases, including “Abraham” to conceal his identity.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the Booysen is urged to contact the Investigation officer, detective Inspector Inus van Huyssteen from Montagu police at (023) 614 8307 during office hours.
