Montagu police are requesting the assistance of the public in their search for two alleged fraudsters.
It is believed the two suspects bought meat at a local butchery in Montagu with stolen credit cards. The transactions went through, after which they were reversed.
The suspects made three transactions. The total value lost by the owner of the card amounts to R2215 66.
It is believed that the suspects operate across the Western Cape .
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two suspects can contact the Investigation officer, detective Inspector Inus van Huyssteen from Montagu police at 023 614 8307 during office hours.
