It was confirmed by Western Cape police today that no arrests have been made regarding the recent spike in ATM bombings in Cape Town.
This month saw at least seven ATM bombings.
It is speculated that a man arrested last week at the Cape Town International Airport was connected to the attacks.
The police’s FC Van Wyk denied this.
He added that it was linked to the production of bank and credit cards and not ATM bombings.
