In some parts of the voting stations in Cape Town, it has been reported that voters do not know how to vote.
Giving us a full update on this is Bush Radio’s Correspondents Bassie Montewa who is in Parow Village.
He says most voters are confused as to which ballot paper is for the province and ward counsellor.
Meanwhile in Zonnebloem Primary School processes are in order as residents make their way into the voting stations.
Reporting from Zonnebloem is Bush Radio’s Correspondent Wayne Boonzaaier.
He says the area is quiet and everything is running in order.
Meanwhile, IEC chairperson Glen Mashinini says a voter has died at a voting stating in Strydenburg in the Northern Cape.
It is understood that it was natural causes. He says Police were working with the IEC to deal with the incident.
More details on this will follow later.
