Seven trucks were set alight in Cape Town

Cape Town Fire and Rescue Services on Monday confirmed that about seven trucks were set alight in Cape Town.

These trucks were allegedly set alight by the truck drivers strikers.

Last week three trucks were set alight on the N2 highway.

Fire and Rescue Services Spokesperson Theo Layne said that these incidents were reported in Khayelitsha and Gugulethu.

Layne added that there were no injuries reported.
