Advertisement was placed in the several papers including Business Day, The Cape Times, and the Mercury by the Health Department today.

The Advert defends Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang and criticises the judgement made by Judge Jajbhay in the Departments case against the Sunday Times.

“We feel this is a total abuse of tax payer’s money.

“The Health Department has been saying for months now that this is a private matter and the ministers private affairs should remain just that, private,” says Democratic Alliance Spokesperson on Health Mike Waters

The DA questions why the Department of Health is spending tax payer’s money defending the Health Minister.
