The ACDP has strongly condemned the ANC's Free State chairperson, Ace Magashule’s comparison of Jacob Zuma and Jesus Christ. ACDP’s Reverend Kenneth Meshoe says making such references proves that the ANC has no respect for God.
“Jacob Zuma is not a man known for his morals and integrity. So for him to be compared to a righteous, holy saviour is totally unacceptable. It amounts to blasphemy, and the ACDP totally rejects comparing a sinner to a holy saviour,” said Meshoe.
According to an issued press release, the ACDP says that the ANC’s “nonsensical claims that the ANC will rule until Jesus comes”, proves the arrogance that will cause them to lose the honour of governing the country.
