Netcare 911 paramedics this morning responded to an accident scene on Dr Belcher road in Bloemfontein
Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said upon their arrival on scene they found that a motor vehicle and minibus had collided resulted in three people tragically lost their lives, one person sustained critical injuries and two people were seriously injured.
Steinmann added that all the injured people were treated on scene, before they were transported to various hospitals for further medical care.
The exact details to the cause of the accident will be investigated by the police.
