Glenn Agliotti accused of the Brett Kebble murder in 2005 is a free man.
Agliotti appeared in the South Gauteng High Court today where Judge Frans Kgomo granted his discharge application in the Brett Kebble murder trial.
He said Agliotti is not guilty and discharged in terms of Section 204.
This followed, after the accused’s lawyers asked for a discharge of the charges in terms of Section 174 of the Criminal Procedures Act.
