Western Cape Metro Police and Safety Lab are embarking on a violence-free-zone programme.

The slogan of the campaign is Prevention in Action.

Faro added that pilot projects will be conducted in Bonteheuwel as there is high incident of domestic violence and Temperance Town because of the environmental design of the community.

The Prevention in Action Programme will be piloted from October 2012 until the end of December 2013.
