CDP: ANC has failed the country dismally

Leader of the Christian Democratic Party Reverend Theuns Botha said it appears that the African National Congress will lay claim to anything and everything when it comes to portraying themselves as the only party that has the right to exist in South Africa.

Reverend Botha said ANC’s head of national elections Ngoako said in his address at a Polokwane rally, that former statesman Nelson Mandela belonged to the ANC, and that the ANC is so famous that even Kruger National Park animals and fish of the sea would vote for it in the elections.

Botha said that if this is going to be the tone set by the ANC for the upcoming national elections, then the democracy can only be seen as going backward instead of forward.

He also added that this can only be expected from a party in government which has failed dismally and has brought the country to a position where there is no peace and where people are afraid in their own homes and in the streets as violence and corruption are everywhere.
