President Jacob Zuma late last night
visited Former President Nelson Mandela at the Medi Clinic Heart Hospital Pretoria
President Zuma said Mandela is in a critical
but stable condition but he is responding well to treatment.
Nelson Mandela is in his fifth week in
hospital for a recurring lung infection.
Presidency Spokesperson Mac Maharaj said that
they are encouraged that Madiba is responding well to the treatment and urged
the public to continue providing support and showering him with love which
gives him and the family strength.
