One died and two people injured in Kimberly collision

ER24 paramedics responded to an accident in Kimberly, whereby a man died and two people injured yesterday when their vehicle rolled on Boshoff road.

Paramedics Spokesperson Russel Meiring said when paramedics from ER24 Kimberly arrived on scene, they found a light motor vehicle in the veld on the side of the road.

“On assessment, paramedics discovered that one of the occupants sustained fatal injuries. The two other occupants sustained only minor injuries and were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital.

One of the passengers told paramedics that the driver had apparently lost control of the vehicle.” Meiring added.

Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
