The Democratic Alliance strongly condemned the
ANC’s appalling display of sexism in Parliament on Thursday, exposing a total
disregard and lack of respect for women.
The DA’s
Pumza Marubelela went on to say “when it
comes to reducing the inequality in our country, we need to do the right things
every day, otherwise campaigns like 16 Days of Activism are meaningless.”
The DA says these Slurs are
not only disrespectful but show the contempt the ANC has for women who
challenge or disagree with its views, Marubelela concluded.
