Police have launched a sea search for a 10-year-old girl who went missing at Saldanha Bay on the West Coast yesterday.
Little Montesha Kekana was seen walking from her house in the Iraq informal settlement towards Tabak Bay with a 32 year-old man.
Spokesperson Bernadine Steyn says the man was taken in for questioning and charged with murder shortly after Montesha went missing.
Montesha’s shoes were found in the man’s possession. He will appear in the Vredenburg Magistrates Court on Monday.
