Siyabulela Baloni of Stellenbosch has been reported missing. He was last seen at the weekend when he went away with his family, but was left behind in Parow.
Dessie Rechner from the Pink Ladies organisation says that Baloni is a tall, well built black man with short dark hair and brown eyes.
“He is around, somewhere, lost. He is a bit mentally retarded,” she said.
Rechner added that flyers have all gone out already.
