One of the four accused of the murder of Bronx nightclub owner Bruno Bronn had his bail application postponed today.
Fareez Allie’s bail application was postponed in the Cape Town magistrate’s court today while the state is opposing his application.
In court today the prosecutor Quintin Appels handed two documents to the magistrate.
The first was a statement by a police officer which said Allie received food while he was held at the Sea Point police station.
According to a sworn statement, Allie said he never received any food.
