CGE monitoring elections throughout the country

The Commission for Gender Equality says it will be monitoring the elections throughout the country.

The CGE teams will be visiting various polling stations in all the provinces. 

CGE Spokesperson Javu Baloyi said the thrust of the monitoring process will be the culmination of a research report. 

Baloyi said they will be monitoring the national general elections to see if they are transparent and are free from all forms of gender based discrimination.
