Multi-millionaire Real estate
executive Jason Rohde, is expected back in the Stellenbosch Magistrate's Court today
on a charge of killing his wife Susan on July 24.
He was released on bail of
R100 000 in August, on condition that he provide a R1 million guarantee assurance
by 14 September.
Rohde is accused of killing his
wife in their hotel room at the upmarket Spier Wine Farm.
The multi-millionaire couple
had been attending an annual conference at the time, he said that he found her
dead in the bathroom of their room.
An indication of foul play was
discovered after an inquest docket was opened.
Her death was initially thought
to have been suicide up until post mortem results were made available.
