The President of the National Union of Mineworkers of South Africa is expected to lead a march on Wednesday morning in protest against the BHP Billiton Aluminium’s management decision to impose the 2010/2011 wage increases to workers.
Africa Cde Cedric Gina will join the 5000 mineworkers in the protest action.
They will march to the BHP Billiton Aluminium, Hillside Aluminium plant, to hand-over a Memorandum of Demands.
