Police said  that more arrests will be made following an increase of ATM bombings in Cape Town.

A 38-year-old man was taken into custody hours after a ATM machine was targeted in Nyanga yesterday.

Gugulethu police officers who were patrolling the area heard an explosion, and when they arrived, one of the three armed suspects opened fire.

Another ATM has also been bombed in Southfield near Plumstead earlier this morning.
