Zillerian heights residents hold a rally

The residents of Zillerian Heights in Parkwood Cape Town will be holding a rally today.
The rally comes after they were placed by DA leader Hellen Zille on an open field in Parkwood with no electricity and basic sanitation.
Resident of Zillerian Heights Eleanor Hoedmaker says they are still utilising the bucket system.
They had been promised by Zille that they would be housed within 18 months.
