Adcock Ingram this week awarded an unrestricted educational grant for nurse and doctor training to the University of Cape Town.

Group Executive Medical of Adcock Abofele Khoele said childhood and adult allergy is a growing health problem in the society, and equipping healthcare professionals with the means to treat these conditions is a key to improving the quality of life of sufferers.

Khoele said “the unrestricted grant of R100 000 that was awarded only demonstrates our commitment to the training of doctors and nurses in the growing public health concern of allergies”
