This comes as reports suggest that South Africa
Communications Manager of the Western Cape
Department of Water Affairs Malusi Rayi said the emphasis will be more on the
people that are running car businesses, because some water wastages have been
identified.
Rayi added that the objective of this
campaign is to encourage the citizens save water and close taps when there
water leaks.
