Five suspects arrested for dealing in drugs in Woodstock

Five suspects between the ages of 18 and 61-years-old were arrested on Sunday in Woodstock for being in possession and dealing in drugs. 

The drugs have been estimated to be in the value of R15 000. 

Police Spokesperson Sergeant Hilton Malila said from information the police received about a house dealing in illegal drug trafficking police searched the house in Albert Street.

Malila said police found and confiscated 33 stoppa dagga, 28 mandrax tablets, 34 packets of rocks, 33 packets of tik and 40 units of unga.

“We also seized a substantial amount of cash which was found under the bed” Malila added.
