Following media speculations about appointments to important management positions in the Presidency, a statement was issued in response to the matter.
According to the statement issued by the Presidency, all senior management vacancies will be filled in terms of the Public Service Regulations.
“Posts will be advertised and all prospective candidates will be invited to apply. All applications will be considered on merit and no posts are reserved for particular individuals,” said the Presidency.
The Presidency says that appointments will be announced once the process has been completed, and has requested of the public not to speculate on various appointments.
