A woman died in front of her two daughters

Police are currently investigating a murder case after a women was gunned down in front of her daughters school in Bramfischerville, Soweto.

Gauteng police’s Lieutenant Kay Makhubela said the woman was shot dead after suspects tried to take her car.

Makhubela says “a 33-years-old woman was picking up her children from school when she was approached by two men who allegedly took her car and shot at her.

She was certified dead on the scene and the car was recovered later in extension 3 Dobsonville, Makhubela added.

No arrests have been made as yet and a case of murder and armed robbery are being investigated.
