A shooting incident involving
a security guard at Phoenix Plaza this after resulted in him being shot dead.
The exact details to the cause
of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.

Botha said when we arrived we found him lying on the ground with life
threatening injuries.
Botha said tragically he was
declared dead on the scene due to the very severe injuries he had sustained.
