Nursing conference helping in boosting healthcare outcomes

Experts and nursing teams from around the world are taking part in a Nursing Conference to explore local, research-based solutions, to improve the quality of paediatric healthcare.

The conference taking place in Cape Town and will end tomorrow is addressing issues which include child healthcare and developing new and alternative foundations of evidence in children’s nursing.

Spokesperson for the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital Angelique Jordaan said the aim of the conference is to help boost healthcare outcomes for children and their families.

Jordaan said the conference if participative and provides delegates with the opportunity to engage in discussions.
