Lusanda Bill
5 August 2010
Glenn Agliotti will be back in the South Gauteng High Court today, for Judge Frans Kgomo ruling regarding his bail conditions.
He is under house arrest waiting trail for Brett Kebble’s murder and other crimes.
Glen Agliotti’s Defence advocate requested that Agliotti’s house arrest be relaxed as it was never properly enforced in the first place.
Agliotti’s house arrest has not been a normal one, where you are not allowed to leave your house.
He has been spotted on the golf course and even in upmarket Johannesburg restaurants. He was given permission by the Prosecuting Authority to travel abroad.
There is a new prosecuting team in place now who have already opposed Agliotti’s bail request. Judge Frans Kgomo will make his decision this morning in the South Gauteng High Court.
