The Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism Alan Winde will visit clothing and textile sector factories in Cape Town
Winde says of this is one of the sectors that has seen a decline over the last few years.
Winde also says they are trying to find efficiency in the clothing textile sector.
Winde added some of the factories are starting to show signs that they can compete with China
