Five deaf learners from Efata
School for the Deaf and Blind in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape are expected to be
back at the Mthatha Magistrate's Court for a formal bail hearing Tuesday
morning.
They have been in custody
since September last year.
They are facing murder charges following the
killing of deputy principal, Nodumo Mzimane at the school's hostel last year.
The main delaying factor to
the bail hearing has been alleged improper sign language interpretation.
