Millions of South Africans live without access to water and sanitation

Ten million South Africans do not have access to basic sanitation services.
From these figures 500,000 are from the Western Cape this is according to the Social Justice Coalition.
The South African Human Rights Commission is hosting public hearings regarding the issue.
This comes after the Makhaza and Free State's Rammolutsi toilet saga.
