The Department of Basic Education has released a shocking report that reveals the,
Western Cape could have more pregnant girls in grade 3 and 4 then in grade 11 and 12 during the year 2006 and 2007.
Joan van Niekerk from Childline stated that the report by the Education Department,
was very concerning and more needs to be done to bring this matter to the attention of the school authorities.
