The Cameroon fan that went missing on Sunday the 4th of July from Century City after he got detached from his group is reported to be a Special Olympics athlete with a slight mental disability.
The 21 year old Guy Rubin Biton Makeiah was one of the players who played for the Special Olympics Unity Cup against President Jacob Zuma on Saturday, at the Cape Town Stadium.
