Democratic Alliance leader and Mayor of Cape Town Helen Zille on Monday presented the DA’s annual Cabinet Report Card for 2007 during a press conference at parliament.
“For the past four years, the DA has prepared an annual analysis of the performance of all cabinet ministers and government departments,” says DA MP Martin Slabert.
According to Slabert the Cabinet Report Card is part of two documents the DA releases annually; an overview of its own performance (the performance audit released during this past week) and a review of government (the DA’s Cabinet Report Card, to be released on Monday).
“This year we again also offered members of the public an opportunity to take part in this project,” says Slabert.
This will take place at Helen Suzman Caucus Room in Parliament
