#On the 17th and 18th of December there will be two performances by Angel where they will bring messages of hope through mediums of dancing, singing and acting. This will take place at the Eoan Cultural Centre at the Joseph Stone Auditorium. Cost is R50.

#Today the 3rd of December the international day of the disabled persons will have a march from the Newsland's Swimming pool to Sahara Park Newland's Cricket Ground. Deputy Minister of Social Development, Dr Jean Swanson-Jacobs, will join the celebration and Premier of the Western Cape, Ebrahim Rasool, will deliver the keynote address. The theme for this year celebration is “decent work for persons with disabilities”.

#The last Mended hearts Support group meeting for 2007 takes place on Thursday December the 6th, at 6:30 at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Pinelands. Mended hearts are for people who had a cardiovascular event.

#Citizens group, What on earth is happening, will be cleaning up the Black River on Sunday December 8th between 10am and 2pm.
