A woman was found murdered in Verdwaal in North West
Police spokesperson Amanda Funani says the
body was discovered yesterday by a passerby in an open field.
The woman, who is yet to be identified, was
hit with an unknown object on the head.
The police still do not know the motive behind
her the killing and the investigation continues.
Funani said that a case of murder has been
opened.
“Anyone who night have seen, or may have been with the victim before he death is
requested to come forward with information as it may bring information which
may lead to identifying the body and arresting suspects” she added.
