9 people injured after vehicle lost control in Mpumalanga

An accident this morning on West Street in Middelburg, Mpumalanga left 9 people injured.
 
This is after the vehicle they were travelling in lost control and rolled several times.

ER24 Spokesperson Russel Meiring said ER24 paramedics along with fire services arrived on scene and found the heavy transport vehicle lying on its side on the side of the road.

Meiring said the occupants of the vehicle were found walking around on the scene. On assessment paramedics discovered that 9 people had sustained minor injuries in the collision. Fortunately no one has sustained any serious injuries.

“Paramedics treated the patients for their injuries on scene and thereafter transported them to Mid Med hospital for further observation.” Meiring added.
 
The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
