Five people were gunned down in the early hours of this morning at a taxi and transport repair business premise in Albert Road, Woodstock.

“A group of seven unknown armed men entered the premises and fatally wounded the five employees inside the repair workshop,” says Police spokesperson, Billy Jones.

The suspects also set alight two of the taxis that burnt out on location. They then fled the scene and are presently at large.

The reason behind the incident is being investigated. Anyone with information should contact Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
