Fifty more charges against Julius Malema

The National Prosecuting Authority has
brought 50 more charges against expelled ANC Youth League president Julius
Malema, it was reported on Sunday.
According to reports a copy of the latest
indictment against Malema revealed that he would face multiple charges of
corruption, fraud, racketeering and money-laundering.
The Limpopo High Court heard at Malema's
appearance on Friday that a charge of racketeering had been added to an initial
charge of money-laundering against him.
The case was postponed to the 23rd of April.
Assording to a report it is reported that
the new charges would be added at Malema's next court appearance.
The case relates to the irregular awarding
of a R52 million tender to On-Point Engineering. Malema's Ratanang Family Trust
was an indirect shareholder in On-Point.
