The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that, the murder-accused widow of slain acting judge Patrick Maqubela, has been discharged from a hospital in Johannesburg.
She is being held at Brixton police station.
She will appear in the Western Cape High Court on Monday on charges of murder and contempt of court.
Maqubela breached her bail conditions last Monday when she failed to appear in court for an inquiry into her legal representation.
It is not clear why she had been admitted to the Helen Joseph Hospital in Johannesburg.
