A political analyst says the ANC Youth League could possibly appeal the court ruling on Julius Malema’s singing of the controversial song, Shoot the Boer.
Political analyst Harald Pakendorf says it is too early to say if this is the final judgement.
Judge Collin Lamont made the ruling in the Equality Court yesterday, in a civil case brought by AfriForum.
Lamont also ordered the ANC Youth League leader to pay part of the costs of AfriForum, who brought the case against him.
