A pedestrian was critically injured on Nandi Drive Durban
The 20 year old female was knocked down by a vehicle.
Netcare Limited Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said the woman was treated on the scene before being transported to hospital for further care.
In another incident a two year old child was killed and five adults injured in an accident on the R26 in Reitz.
Steinmann said the child died on the scene and the injured were treated on the scene and then transported to hospital.
It is alleged the driver of the vehicle lost control and it veered off the road crashing into the trees on the side of the road.
