Police warn of child abductors in Khayelitsha

Khayelitsha police are warning residents to keep an eye on a black Polo Playa with tinted windows and a maroon BMW also with tinted windows.

Police that these people abduct children on the Site C and Site B area in Khayelitsha.

Khayelitsha police spokesperson Mthokozisi Gama has warned the public and that the police have released a van and it is in pursuit of these criminals.

“The two cars that are currently operating are believed to be driven by three to four black African males” said Gama

“They target children on their way from school and lure them with money and a lift, but the police are still investigating those rumours” Gama added.
