Business Unity South Africa has welcomed Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan’s announcement of tighter controls on national and provincial government.
Busa says this will assist in the fight against tender fraud and corruption. Government departments will now have to submit tender programmes in advance for all contracts over 500-thousand-Rands.
