President Jacob Zuma has not yet responded to the Public Protector’s findings against Police Commissioner Bheki Cele and Public Works Minister Gwen Mahlangu-Nkabinde because the Presidency is busy following due process.
Thuli Madonsela’s report was released on the 14th of last month.
Zuma's spokesperson Mac Maharaj says the President has been engaging Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa and Mahlangu-Nkabinde as information is required from them for his response.
