Four people miraculously escaped after their helicopter crash-landed on the campus of the University of Cape Town this morning.
Witnesses say the helicopter touched trees before crashing on the middle campus.
The pilot was reportedly injured but students say they saw four people running away from the wreckage.
Civil Aviation Authority inspectors have said they have “no idea” yet what could have been the cause of a helicopter crash.
