FAWU addressed Farmworkers' in De Doorns

The General Secretary of the Food and Allied Workers Union, Katishi Masomola successfully addressed a mass meeting on members and interested workers at  De Doorns on Sunday.

 Sandile Keni explains that they explained to workers that it is up to them to decide whether or not they are willing to go back to work or not.

Keni explained that they also giving feedback of the farmers who has approached them and said they can afford to pay between R100- R137 per day.

Keni adds that as a representative they can’t throw that away, but allow the farmers who are willing to come to the negotiating table do that, those are farms that are organised by FAWU.
