A woman’s body was found in Swartruggens in
the North West
The body of the woman was discovered by
passer-by on Sunday afternoon behind a tavern.
Police said the post mortem could not
determine whether she was raped as her private parts were cut off.
Captain Pelonomi Makau said it is alleged
that the deceased was found half naked wearing only a t-shirt and was with out
shoes and under wear.
Makau added that Her face was allegedly smashed with a stone, it is further alleged that her breasts were cut off and her private parts slightly cut with an unknown sharp instrument, her stomach was also cut open from the belly to the chest.
“The post mortem results conducted yesterday
showed that her heart and left lung were missing. She had also stabbed wounds left
side.” Makau
